A well-growing fast-paced organization is looking for an “Admin cum HR Manager” who must oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and also supervise the company’s hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff along to administrative tasks.

Job Purpose:

  • Maintain the general filing system and staff attendance record, and monitor the use of supplies and equipment

Job Purpose of Assistant Manager Finance will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of organization.The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
  2. Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
  3. Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
  4. Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
  5. Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
  6. Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
  7. Managing and monitoring reports for the financial department.
  8. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
  9. Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
  10. Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management.
  11. Managing daily cash balances.
  12. Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
  13. Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
  14. Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units.
  15. Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors.
  16. Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis.
  17. Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge.
  18. Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
  19. Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
  20. Any other task assigned by manager/senior management.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting & finance and matter related to the finance and accounts.
  • Excellent understanding of  financial forecasts and financial decisions.
  • Strong  problem-solving skills.
  • Must have analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Office
